First Christian Church

We practice unity and inclusion at the Lord’s Table, we do this by celebrating Holy Communion every Sunday. We welcome you as part of God’s family.
You will find that First Christian is a place where people from different backgrounds have found a caring community. We welcome all persons to our fellowship and sacraments.
If you’re looking for a church, we encourage you to take the time to get to know First Christian Church, join us for fellowship and worship. Our doors are open to all, our welcome is extended, and our message is based on the Love of God.
We believe and practice New Testament Christianity, the preaching of the word, believer’s baptism, community service, social justice and Christian unity. We strive to express the Christian message in new and exciting ways to connect to all segments of the population.
We are a Christ-centered congregation, that strives to be faithful and grow through our worship, prayer and Bible study, to grow in love through fellowship, and our Christian spirituality; to be a growing church, with a passion for social justice, that demonstrates true community through community and global mission outreach in service.
We believe in the thorough historical research of the scriptures and an intellectual awareness of contemporary social trends.
